Plan the full cost of online peptide specialists
The lowest number on a page is rarely the whole bill. Build the price from separate lines, then ask which ones repeat.

Five cost lines to separate
A first-month offer can hide the ordinary month. A medicine price can leave out the visit. A lab bundle can include more or less than another bundle. The third column shows price ranges this guide recorded from public price pages. They show the spread, not what you will pay, so ask each service for its own figures.
| Line | What to ask | Prices seen in late September |
|---|---|---|
| Visit or membership | Is it one visit, every month, or prepaid? | On the price pages of six national online care services, checked on September 26, 2026, the usual monthly membership ran from $19.99 to $149. Medicine usually cost extra. |
| Lab work | Which tests, and is there a separate fee? | At three companies that sell blood tests straight to the public, checked on September 26, 2026, one common test cost about $29 to $59. A bundle of several tests cost $75 to $189. |
| Medicine | Is this list price, self-pay, a copay card, or an insurance price? | GLP-1 medicines are the weight and diabetes medicines such as Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro, and Zepbound. On September 26, 2026, their brand-name prices ran from $25 with a maker’s copay card to about $1,390 at the highest discount-card price found. |
| Delivery and supplies | Are they included in the displayed price? | Keep this as a separate line until the written terms say it is included. |
| Follow-up | Are questions, changes, and later visits included? | Ask what triggers another fee. |

Do not mix price types
The same box can have several prices
List price is the maker’s published figure. Self-pay is a cash route outside insurance. A copay card has eligibility rules. A discount card sets a separate cash price. Insurance depends on a plan’s drug list and approval rules.
- Ask whether cash spending counts toward an insurance deductible; it often does not.
- Ask whether the number changes with the product form or later refills.
- Ask for the normal price after any first-month offer.
Many makers’ cash offers and savings cards checked for this guide end on December 31, 2026, so a price quoted in September needs checking again in January.
